Following Village Hall Committee meeting held on Wednesday 13th November 2019, after 3 years since first quotation obtained for replacement of leaking roof and removal of internal ceiling to create a vaulted ceiling with new lighting, full funding has now been received which cover the small increase since original quotes. New double glazed windows will follow later as awaiting extra grants to be agreed.
Building work to commence January 2020 and estimates state six to eight weeks
I understand work is due to begin (scaffolding etc) on January 9th 2020
